Have you ever suddenly noticed lots of cars just like yours on the roads when you’ve just bought a new car? Or ever had the experience of realising that a situation that felt really bad at the time, actually turned out to be an opportunity for something unexpected happen? As humans our brains are programmed to filter out ‘unnecessary information’ and look for the danger (negative), a useful trait to keep us safe, and that can mean we miss out on positive things.

If life feels very tough at the moment, why not come and explore some tools you can use to lighten the load a little and create some precious moments of peace or happiness ?

Inspired by the positive intelligence model this will be an interactive session with the opportunity to share your experiences and thoughts, if you wish, with others.
